Sales Terms
These Sales Terms apply to purchases made through the online store operated by Vakerlau OÜ (registry code: 17406479, Tornimäe 7, Tallinn 10145, email: [email protected], hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “the company”).
By placing an order in the online store, the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “the customer”) confirms that they have read and agree to these Sales Terms.
1. General Terms
These Sales Terms apply to purchases made in our online store at www.vakerlau.ee.
The Sales Terms have been prepared in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia and the consumer protection requirements of the European Union.
These Sales Terms do not limit the statutory rights of consumers.
2. Products and Services
Our online store sells digital products (such as e-books, guides, and downloadable files) and provides services (such as social media management and administrative services).
For digital products, the product is considered delivered once the customer is able to download the product or receives it via email.
For services, the scope and deadline of the work are agreed upon separately in writing (via email) between the customer and the company.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT where required.
Additional fees may apply depending on the selected payment method or the nature of the service (e.g. payment processing fees).
Payments can be made using the payment methods offered in the online store (such as bank transfer, card payment, or invoice payment).
The order is considered confirmed once the payment has been received in our bank account or confirmed by the payment service provider.
4. Placing and Fulfilling Orders
To place an order, select the desired product or service and follow the instructions provided in the online store.
Digital products are delivered automatically or via email after payment confirmation.
The delivery timeframe and conditions for services are agreed upon individually.
If fulfilling the order is not possible (e.g. technical error or product unavailability), we will notify the customer without delay and refund the paid amount no later than within 14 days.
5. Right of Withdrawal
For digital products, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the product has been made available to the customer, in accordance with § 53 (4) clause 7 of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act.
For services, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from concluding the agreement, provided that the service has not yet started or has not been fully performed.

6. Complaints
If a product or service does not conform to the agreement, the customer has the right to submit a complaint within 14 days from receiving the product or completion of the service.
Complaints must be submitted in writing via email to: [email protected].
The company will respond to the complaint within 14 days.
7. Liability and Special Conditions
The company is not liable for technical issues caused by the customer’s devices, internet connection, or third parties.
The customer is responsible for the use of digital products, including compliance with copyright and licensing terms.
When providing services, the company relies on the information and materials provided by the customer, assuming them to be accurate and lawful.
8. Processing of Personal Data
The terms regarding the processing of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy, available on this website.
9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Sales Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
The parties will attempt to resolve disputes through negotiations.
If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in Harju County Court or by the Consumer Disputes Committee (tarbijavaidlused.ee).
