These Terms of Service apply to purchases made in the online store operated by Vakerlau OÜ (registry code: 17406479).

Services and Digital Products

We sell digital products and offer 1:1 mentoring services. All available services can be found on the “Services” page of the website.

A digital product is considered delivered once it has been downloaded or otherwise made available to the customer.

The time and format of mentoring sessions will be agreed upon after the purchase has been completed.

Prices and Payment

All prices are presented in euros (€).

Payments are made in advance through the payment methods provided in the online store.

Payment terms for services are agreed upon individually with the customer (more detailed information is available on the “Pricing” page).

Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

Digital products are not subject to the standard 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with § 53 (4) clause 7 of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act.

Mentoring services may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the agreed session time.

Liability

Vakerlau OÜ is not responsible for issues caused by the customer’s devices, internet connection, or other technical problems that may prevent the use of the product or service.

Data Protection

We process only the personal data necessary for completing purchases and providing services.

Personal data will not be shared with third parties without the customer’s consent.
